Funny how things work... today we received an email from our adoption agency that we had to pay another $4,000... literally 10 minutes later I received a phone call from Lifesong for Orphans that we received a $2,000 matching grant.
Are you familiar with matching grants? Neither was I till I started this adoption process! Many times instead of giving a grant outright, grant agencies will provide a matching grant where they match funds you raise up to a certain amount.
We have till May 31st to raise as much as we can. However much we have raised on May 31st, they will match that amount (up to $2,000).
This is VERY MUCH an answer to MANY prayers!
