Thanks again to all our family, friends and strangers (soon to be new friends!) that helped us out with our auction! It was truly a blessing!
We have been very busy with adoption paperwork! Switching to the Haiti program, we knew there would be even more paperwork but man... we have basically had to redo most of our paperwork... what a task!
We have completed all our paperwork... FINALLY! We just are waiting for our social worker to rewrite our home study, then a quick trip to Salem to authenticate. After that our paperwork and everything about our lives (yes adoption paperwork is VERY invasive) will be headed to our family coordinator and then to Haiti! So excited to get our paperwork into Haiti and then "patiently" wait and pray for our referral!
How do I plan on passing the time while waiting for our referral....? ADOPTION GRANTS!! And LOTS of them!! We have just received notice of 17... SEVENTEEN grants applications we qualify to apply for and that doesn't include the 2 we have already applied for.
Be praying for us that we get at least some of these grants!!
